With the right ingredients of wind, sunshine, kites and a DSLR in waterhousing, I was a very happy man on Saturday in Sandbanks, Poole. I think this was my best and most favourite ever photoshoot. Man, I love summer!!
I used my Canon 5D marks ii for all pics on a 16-35mm f2.8 mark ii for in the water in SPL custom surf housing and with a 70-200mm f2.8 from the beach.
Hanging out with the kite surfers this weekend made me love this part of Dorset even more. There is so much to do on our doorstep so when the weather is right, it couldn't be better.
There were so many kite surfers from all over the south coast coming from far away to enjoy the perfect Easterly winds and summer sunshine. What a day.
